| Detail |
|
.
Detail is relative! To one it maybe the brighter leaves on the tree, to another the brighter areas of the leaf and yet to another the veins in the leaf.
|
|
.
We are working with detail more as
a place to create that last bit of
definition, needed for depth and a
realistic appearance.
|
|
.
.It is important to realize that
detail can easily be overdone,
to the extreme of losing any
point of interest! So be careful
and use detail wisely to keep the
interest in the areas that you
decided on.

|
.
| In the still life we will be working with the highlights and the most defined areas of dark. |
|
.
We will also be adding strings on the bottle, stems on the apples and grapes. |
|
.
This will keep the interest located on the objects that we want. |
|
.
Keep in mind this can be easily overdone. |
